The Director, Executive Office is responsible for leading the organization's executive operations, Board of Directors support functions, and overall office functions. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring effective governance processes, high-impact executive engagement, and seamless execution of Board-related activities.
This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to live in the Washington, DC area and be present in the downtown Bethesda, Maryland office on a regular basis (at least 3 days per week). Travel will be required for this role to our annual conferences and occasional overnight/weekend availability may be needed to support board and/or executive-level events. At ASHP, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The base salary for this position is $148,000-$184,500 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan. This salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on ASHP’s commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, educational background and licenses/certifications, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and other business and organizational needs.
